I have always loved health and fitness. I grew up being involved in many sports from gymnastics, to soccer, to softball, track and field and cross country running to name a few. I even found a career in healthcare (occupational therapy) that I have enjoyed for many years. I’ve tried very hard over the years (with some massive fails along the way) to stay healthy. I am a busy mom of 2 young boys and most of my days consist of making sure they have what they need for school, driving them all around town for after school activities, and when I am not taking care of them I am cleaning, grocery shopping, preparing dinner and doing everything else that it takes to make sure my house runs smoothly. So here I am, a mom who tries to eat right, exercise (most days) and overall just try to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. Which leads me to the question; in our society today can a person truly just live fit? And what does it mean to be Just Living Fit? These are the questions I have been asking myself and this website is devoted to my journey of Just Living Fit.
I believe in being positive, supporting one another and encouraging people to live their dreams. Be who they want to be. My posts are my thoughts and activities that I do for my family.
